Sunday Morning 9th Oct

Jen went to chapel this morning with Lindsay, Josie , Indy and Jade. Indy was singing yes Jesus loves me and that made Jen smile.

Andy, Margaret and Russell came in to pray with Jenny today and Josie, Asher and myself were there too with the four granddaughters.

Andy shared two amazing healing stories with us about people he has prayed for who have been healed of cancer.

He told us about a Hindu woman who he prayed for in one of his meetings who became very ill and was admitted to ICU with two days to live. She was very weak and she could hardly talk but she asked her husband to bring Andy to pray for her. He came and prayed for her and a few months later got a call saying she was sorry she hadn't visited but that she was much better. This week as he was closing up after the meeting a beautiful woman and her daughter approached him. He thought they were looking for directions and did not recognise the woman he had prayed for as she had been completely healed and now looked completely different. She thanked him for praying for her and said she was going to India and would tell everyone how the Jesus that she didn't even know had healed her and changed her life forever.

He also told us about a young woman with breast cancer who had given up hope of being healed. There was a prayer meeting that Andy was asked to attend and he felt like having a night at home. But just before the meeting started he felt strongly from God that he should attend the meeting. He went there and prayed for this young woman who had given up all hope and was waiting for death to claim her. She saw him this Friday and told him her story of healing. She said she went home and was in no pain so she went to sleep without her usual dose of morphine. When she woke up in the morning she realised she had slept all night without pain. She looked down and there was a white powder on her sheet. The cancerous lesions on the skin of her breast had dried up and fallen off and turning to dust in the night. Her skin was as fresh and smooth as a babies. She went to the hospital for more tests and three different doctors examined her without finding a single trace of cancer.

The scripture he got for Jenny as he was driving to the hospital was Isaiah 38 1 -6

He prayed this scripture over Jenny and asked for the healing of God to come.

I got a word that is was the breathe of life that breathed life into the whole human race and that his breath of life would restore Jenny to life and health. I prayed that the breath of life would come and restore Jen.

Margaret saw a sky full of stars and one particular star became very bright and full and shined strongly on Jenny.

we had a great time of prayer and i feel full of faith and hope for Jenny's healing.
