staying strong

Jen's prayer request at the moment is

• that the rest of her body stays strong, that her body wont be compromised and the vital organs stay healthy.
  The dietitian today told Jen that the cancer cells are so hungry that they eat all the goodness out of your body, prayer for her body to stand up against the ravishing hunger of the cancer would be very helpful.
  

On another note, Cancer can bring up fear and past grief in us, but we would kindly ask that stories of people dying of cancer could be kept private as they are not encouraging to Jen, We are looking for healing and staying strong and positive.
Thank You for all those praying for Jen, she told me tonight she feels no fear and at peace in the hospital. She would love scriptures sent, either on this blog or emailed to her, it seems to be feeding her spirit immensely. Her eyes widen with excited hunger when scripture is read to her.
